Edward Kraemer & Sons, Inc. (Kraemer) is a heavy civil and industrial general contractor that provides comprehensive Pre-Construction, Construction, and Construction Management services for diverse projects throughout the United States. Established in 1911 by Edward Kraemer in Plain, Wisconsin, Kraemer has demonstrated a commitment to being an industry leader in the heavy highway, heavy civil, and marine construction markets. In recent years, our skills and expertise in signature bridgework and large civil projects have enabled us to expand our operations into other industries including railroad, mass transit, industrial, manufacturing, mining and power generation. |
| |
| Kraemer is currently under its fourth generation of leadership, a credit to our nearly 100-year commitment to provide owners with unique solutions to their construction needs. At the core of this commitment are our values which have earned Kraemer our status as an industry leader: integrity, “can-do” ingenuity, safety, quality and customer service. We are proud of the fact that we are a trusted partner for large public works projects with municipalities, Departments of Transportation, United States Army Corps of Engineers and U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, and other contractors and owners throughout all of the industries that we serve. |
| |
| It is our commitment to these values that we believe distinguishes Kraemer from our competition. While our services span everything from an emergency bridge repair in the Midwest to the construction of multiple signature structures throughout the country, we know that it is the quality of our people who demonstrate their commitment to these values and the quality of the work they produce that will make your next project a success. | |
